How to send invitations

Manually send invitations to your people

Whether you want to engage one user or kick off a large campaign, CybSafe gives you the ability to send or resend invitations to your people.
You can do this on an individual basis or in bulk.

Please note: Invitations will only be sent to users who have not yet logged in for the first time.

Send an individual invitation

Follow these steps to send an invite to one individual user.

  1. Log in to CybSafe and select “Overview” underneath People from the menu on the left hand side.

  2. From here use the search bar to find the user you need to invite, select them to bring up the action menu for that user.

  3. Click "Invite to CybSafe" to send the individual invite.

  4. Follow the instructions in the prompt to confirm that you want to send the invitation.
    Please note: If a user is in a status that means they have already logged in an invite will not be sent. This prompt will show 0 of 1 invite will be sent.

Send invitation in Bulk

Follow these steps to send an invitation out to all of your users.

  1. Log in to CybSafe and select “Overview” underneath People from the menu on the left hand side.


  2. In the header bar for the table of your users select the checkbox which will then select all users. Once checked this will show how many users have been selected.

  3. Click "Invite to CybSafe" to send out the bulk invites.


  4. Follow the instructions in the prompt to confirm that you want to send the invitation.
    Please note: If a user is in a status that means they have already logged in an invite will not be sent.
