Many of our customers ask us whether they can send our platform emails from their company domain, to ensure their people know that CybSafe emails are legitimate and get through.
We send digitally signed, secure emails from CybSafe.com. To guarantee high deliverability, CybSafe emails are not sent from any domain except our own. To ensure that everyone will recognise and engage with CybSafe emails, here are a few things you can do:
Allowlist our address to ensure all our emails come through to your people
Check out what our emails look like. You can view previews of all our emails in the Awareness Toolkit under "automatic learning engagement emails". You can also download these previews as high-quality PDF's.
Communicate with your people about CybSafe and attach some images of our emails. Make sure they know how important our emails are so they can expect and engage with them. For an example communication email check the Awareness Toolkit section "Personalised launch emails". Here you will find several example emails for launching CybSafe.
