If you need to change your organisation’s details and primary contact information in CybSafe, you can do so from the Account Details Page from our Settings Menu

Select “Settings” and, from the drop down menu, click “Account Details”.

From here you can add and edit the following details for your Organisation.

  • Upload a logo to show on our emails and on the platform.

    • We recommend a size of 212 x 47, however the platform will make most image sizes fit so long as they are at a 4:1 ratio. Accepted file formats are: svg, jpg, png.

  • Your organisation name.

    • This will appear in our emails so is important to be accurate.

  • Add your website address.

  • Set your Default Language.

    • This will set the default language of each NEW User you add to the platform following a change. This will also determine the language a user receives their emails in until they change their default language.

  • Approximate number of employees in your organisation

  • Primary Contact Details

    • We use this information to know who we should contact about your account. Should your primary contact details change, please update these details as soon as possible.

    • This email address will be added to some of our automated emails to your People, so they know who to contact within your organisation. For example our Welcome Email once a user has logged in for the first time.
