If you need to change your organisation’s details and primary contact information in CybSafe, you can do so from the Organisation details page from our Settings menu
Select “Settings” and, from the drop down menu, click “Account details”.
From here you can add and edit the following details for your Organisation.
Your organisation name.
This will appear in our emails so is important to be accurate.
Add your website address.
Set your default language.
This will set the default language of each NEW user you add to the platform following a change. This will also determine the language a user receives their emails in until they change their default language.
Approximate number of employees in your organisation
Primary contact details
We use this information to know who we should contact about your account. Should your primary contact details change, please update these details as soon as possible.
This email address will be added to some of our automated emails to your People, so they know who to contact within your organisation. For example our Welcome Email once a user has logged in for the first time.
If you have bought CybSafe via one of our partners, you may also see partner details
You will see the name of your partner, their logo and their support email.
You will also be able to toggle whether you share data with your partner. Selecting "share data" will allow partners to access your account, provision it and view data.
