What is the Integration with CybSafe and O365 for?

Now, you can connect your organisation’s Office 365 apps to CybSafe, cast that net wider, and capture a broader range of security behaviour data for CybSafe to crunch.

This integration is currently focused on growing the number of measurable security behaviours to help your people improve. Integrating with more software and gathering the data allows us to do this.

We are currently working on reporting back a wider range of data to you on the platform. In the meantime, you will immediately see the impact of any phishing e-mail reports on your organisation's behavioural score, with additional behaviour data to follow.

Note: This feature is not yet fully released, so you’ll only have access if you’ve opted-in to early releases. If you’ve opted-out, you'll get access when we've ironed out the bugs.

How to setup the O365 integration

There is some manual work required to setup the integration with CybSafe and O365.

You will need to provide CybSafe your O365/Azure AD tenant_id. and CybSafe will use this to configure the integration.

🆔 Step 1: Obtain your O365/Azure AD tenant_id. You can find this in your Azure Active Directory.

✉️ Step 2: Share your tenant_id with CybSafe, you can email this to support@cybsafe.com and inform the team that you wish to setup your O365 integration.

📨 Step 3: CybSafe will send you a link to access to grant permissions for the integration.

You will be asked to login and be shown some information about the connection, please accept the permissions to complete the integration. 👇

⚙️ Step 4: CybSafe will configure your integration in our platform and ensure it is all up and running.

And that's it! You are all done. 🏖️
